The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on the Pro-Life Omnibus Bill House Bill 2.
They are denying justice to women. They are denying to justice to preborn children.
With complete disregard to the health of women and preborn children, the nation’s highest court ruled against the reasonable safety standards of House Bill 2, rejecting crucial provisions of the bill passed in the 2013 Legislative Session.
Both the requirement for abortionists to possess hospital admitting privileges within a 30-mile radius of the abortion facility and the provision requiring abortion mills to operate as Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) were struck down.
HB2 was passed into law to provide a crucial layer of defense against the predatory and profit-driven antics of Big Abortion and this sensible women’s health legislation was also passed to stop the victimization of Texas women and preborn babies.
We will not sit back and let justice be denied.
