The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in our favor. This is another landmark victory for Texas Right to Life and for women’s health. The three-justice panel ruled that Texas CAN require all abortion centers in the state to meet the same building, equipment and staffing standards as hospital-style surgical centers.
This is common sense! But if you remember, this is the same law that the extremist, Wendy Davis, wore pink tennis shoes and stood on the Texas Senate floor for 11 hours to stop with her filibuster!

The billion-dollar abortion industry, along with the media, want to keep open 13 centers that refuse to comply with the mandated simple health standards. These substandard clinics plan to take this case to the Supreme Court of the United States so they can continue to operate without oversight!

I must warn you: The abortion industry is powerful and loaded with taxpayer cash. And they could win. If they defeat us, they will have a blank check to build more Kermit Gosnell-like houses of horrors in Texas. This is the abortion industry's dream.
