The Citizens’ Choice Best & Worst of 2017 Awards will be announced on May 28 during a special edition of “The Jim & Michael Show” in Austin.
Of the 181 state legislators, no Democrats are eligible for the list because Democrats cannot stop or advance legislation… only the Republicans (or at least those self-identifying as Republicans) have authority to stall or to move legislation.
