Oratory Contest
Articulate your Pro-Life views, and win a scholarship!
Students classified as juniors or seniors in high school are invited to research, write, and deliver a 5-7 minute speech on a Pro-Life issue. Compete against other students this spring for a chance to advance to the national contest hosted by National Right to Life.
Local contests will take place in Dallas, Montgomery, and Travis Counties.
The state contest will be held in Houston on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Texas Right to Life will provide the first place winner with an all-expense paid trip to the National Right to Life Jane B. Thompson Student Oratory Contest this summer in Crystal City, Virginia. All contestants will also receive 50% off the registration fee for our Pro-Life summer camp, REveAL.
