2002 Voter's Guide
Thank you for standing up for Life! Every vote for Life is absolutely crucial. It is for that reason that Texas Right To Life has put together the 2002 Voter’s Guide for the general election. We hope that it will be valuable to the majority of Texans who consider themselves Pro-Life.
Please note, however, that we only list those races in which a candidate has received either a “Pro-Life” or “Endorsement” rating.
A candidate that receives the Endorsement of the Texas Right To Life PAC is a candidate (whether they are an incumbent or not) who has turned in a questionnaire, been interviewed by the Texas Right To Life PAC, and is committed to the Pro-Life issues.
A candidate who has received a “Pro-Life” rating is someone who has in some way shown a solid commitment to the Pro-Life cause, but the Texas Right To Life PAC did not endorse him/her.
If your candidate is not listed as either “Pro-Life” or “Endorsed” then it is because he/she did not meet the aforementioned requirements. If a race for a particular office is not listed then neither candidates qualified for a “Pro-Life” or “Endorsement” rating for the aforementioned reasons. Again, please note Texas Right To Life has only listed those races in which a candidate has received either a “Pro-Life” or “Endorsement” rating. If you have any questions about the 2002 Voter’s Guide or the candidates please contact the state headquarters.
Again, vote wisely; take a friend, and most importantly, vote for Life!
